Fred Duncan, 77, passed away February 28, 2013, Dear Husband of the late Janet (Elmore) Duncan, Dear Brother of the late Barbara Duncan, Dear Son of Mildred (nee Williams) and Fred E. Duncan, Dear cousin of Linn, Jack, Don and Larry Duncan, dear friend to many. Fred was a teacher, coach and principal for 30 years with the Riverview Gardens School Dist. He proudly served as a paratrooper with the U.S. Army. Fred donated his remains to Washington University. Stygar Funeral Home and Crematory, 5987 Mid-Rivers Mall Drive, St. Charles, MO 63304. Memorial preferred to donor’s choice.

Mr. Duncan served as a Senior Class Sponsor for the Class of 1969.
