Dr. Martha Thierheimer, Tracy Kistenmacher and Scott Thierheimer (Susan); dear uncle of Kelly Nichols, Kurt, Tim and Jill Kistenmacher and Shane and Samatha Thierheimer and friend.
Services: A Memorial service will be conduted at Lupton Chapel, 7233 Delmar Blvd., University City on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 3 p.m. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m. Private interment. Memorial contributions appreciated to the charity of the donor's choice. Friends may submit their condolences online at www.luptonchapel.com.
The following tribute from Mike and Joan Stern (of Albuquerque, New Mexico) appeared on the Guest Book page of Bill's obituary in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on December 15, 2015: We just learned about Willie's death. If ever there was a man that we loved to be around, it was Willie. Funny, courteous, interesting, he regaled us with his laughter, engaged us with his personality, entertained us with his spirit. He loved life and we loved him. We saw him only a few times after we moved to the southwest, but we would talk about our riding adventures. If there is a bike path in heaven, we know he is on it right now. Probably riding with Mike Katz. To Mary Ellen, our deepest condolences. The two of you were a wonderful team. We will all miss him.
